Improving the plan
After conferencing with experienced runners it was decided that adjustments needed to be made on the home stretch of my Goal to obtain it.

Why the change?
Beginning with Strava's very useful training plan helped me develop a starting point of running effort and balance between running and other matters of life. But I came to realise that it wasn't efficient and more could be done to further and fast track my progress. Simple additions like changing from 2 short runs to a short run and Interval training day.
Strength Training
In my own journey I didn't do any actual strength training. I instead replaced it with my Volleyball and Football training. Towards the end I had time to do strength training but I was recommended by multiple marathon runner that adding Strength training wouldn't help and in-fact do the opposite and instead stunt my progress and possibly affect my running negatively. If I was to restart this journey I would 100% have done strength training as it is a vital and key part to a training plan but it isn't completely necessary.
What are the affects of Strength Training
Strength Training is vital to becoming the best runner you can be and to achieve whatever goals you set yourself. Building muscles not just in the legs but entire body is vital. It helps posture which results in improved sleep and breathing, increased running economy and amplified endurance.
